EBC Inclement Weather Policy

Evolutions Body Clinic's intention is to proceed with normal operation hours during inclement weather. When weather insists on interrupting the daily operation of our facility, we evaluate the severity of the situation and determine if changes are necessary for the safety of our employees and clients. All privately scheduled appointments are modified by the instructor and should be handled through them. For updated information on operating hours or closing details please call 410.224.7220.

Kids Club & Group Classes

Our Kids Club Hours and Group Class cancellations will follow the Anne Arundle County Public Schools delays and closings. Below you will find a guide to follow when school systems are in session; during weekend or holiday situations please call ahead to determine if there are changes to Kids Club hours or class schedules.

AACPS	Kids Club	Classes
1 Hour Delay	Opens 9:00am	Classes scheduled before 9am are cancelled
2 Hour Delay	Opens 10:00am	Classes scheduled before 10am are cancelled
Closed	Closed	All morning and afternoon classes are cancelled
1 Hour Early Closing	Closes 1:00pm	No Afternoon Classes
2 Hour Early Closing	Closes 12:00pm	No Afternoon Classes
